The Carmel Cider Co commenced production in 2013 with a passion to produce a truly premium local cider. We are located in Carmel, in the picturesque Perth Hills on our third generational orchard property and production facility.
Carmel Cider Co is a family owned and operated cider producer. Focussing on fruit quality, sourced fresh from Western Australian farms to deliver fresh, clean and crisp flavours to every one of our ciders.
Chief Cider maker and business founder, Andrew Carruthers believes in order to create premium quality ciders the fruit base must be of a high standard.
Our speciality is Methode Traditionnelle ciders produced from premium quality orchard fruits providing exceptional flavors. Third generation orchardists on our property in Carmel Western Australia.
